Help: Who To Contact

Use the following procedure to determine whom to call for help:

If you have problems accessing FIS Banner from the internet OR If you are logged into FIS Banner and are not getting errors but response timer is slow	>>>>	Email ITS at help@ucsc.edu or call 459-HELP (459-4357)
If you’ve forgotten/having problems with your password OR If you are getting error messages connecting to FIS Banner OR If you have questions/problems regarding navigation OR If you receive unexpected or erroneous results OR If you’ve successfully logged into FIS Banner and get error messages within a form	>>>>	Email fis_probs@ucsc.edu
If you have questions about FIS Banner training or want to enroll in a class	>>>>	Check the FIS website
