Organizational Encumbrance List and Detail Encumbrance Activity

FGIOENC and FGIENCD

While using FGIBDST (see Checking Organization Budget Status), you can view a list of all encumbrances for a fund/org combination via FGIOENC. To view encumbrance activity in even greater detail, you can jump from FGIOENC to FGIENCD.

  1. From the lower block of FGIBDST, choose from Menu-Options-FGIOENC or Right Click-FGIOENC (Organizational Encumbrance List).
 

 
  1. You may scroll through the transactions using the vertical scrollbar, [page up] and [page down] keys, or <up arrow> <down arrow> arrow keys.
     
  2. To get to FGIENCD (Detail Encumbrance Activity), choose from Menu-Options-FGIENCD or Right Click-FGIENCD.
 

 
  1. To return to FGIOENC (Organizational Encumbrance List), type [control q] or click on in the toolbar or Right Click-Exit.
  2. To return to FGIBDST, type [control q] or click on in the toolbar or Right Click-Exit.
