At Your Service - General Information:
The UC Office of the President operates a non-secure website called "At Your Service." This website contains general information about:
- Life/work changes (birth, leave, death, etc.)
- Health and insurance programs
- Retirement and savings options
- UC personnel programs and policies
- System wide training and development
- Current news impacting programs/options
At Your Service Online - Secure Site:
From the At Your Service website, you can sign onto a secure website called "At Your Service Online" that allows employees at all UC campuses to view and/or change personal information. Listed below are some examples of information that can be viewed and/or changed:
- Personal Information: Contact Information, Beneficiaries, Security Preferences
- Health & Welfare: Current Enrollments, Health & Insurance, Find a doctor, Life/Work Changes
- Income & Taxes: Tax Withholdings, Earning Statements, W-2, Employment Verification
- Retirement: Retirement Estimates, Retirement Savings Program, UCRP & CAP Balances
Employees are encouraged to log in, obtain a password, and become familiar with At Your Service Online. This website allows UC to provide employees with improved customer support and benefits. By offering these services online, employees can benefit from instant access to their personal documents such as the W-2 and earnings statement, without the traditional wait of receiving it in the mail. Employees can conveniently update withholding status, benefits, home address and more!
This website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week with the exception of weekly system maintenance which occurs Sunday night beginning at midnight and is completed by 6 a.m. Monday morning (Pacific Time). Log in often, as UC will continue to add services to this website to help employees more effectively manage their UC employee data.
Signing onto the UCOP Secure Website for the First Time:
If you experience any difficulties logging on to AYSO, UCOP Customer Service is staffed to help you. Please give them a call at 1-800-888-8267 for assistance.

Helpful Hints
- To ensure that a change in tax withholding status or any other change will be effective on your next pay check, be sure to enter your update at least 10 days before your next pay date. For example, if your next pay date is the first of the month, complete your changes no later than the 20th of the preceding month.
- If you do not have access to a computer at work or at home, self serve computer workstations are now available for your use. A self serve computer workstation is located in the Benefits Office (2901 Mission St., Suite A). In addition, any of the publicly accessible computers located in McHenry Library or the Science & Engineering Library (both on campus) may be used. The workstation located in the Benefits Office is intended to be used for changes to your benefit information only. If you prefer to complete a paper form, forms for changing your tax withholding and updating your personal information (name, address, home phone, etc.) in the Payroll Office. These same paper forms may also be available in your departmental business office.
- Older versions of Netscape or Microsoft Explorer or other browsers may not support newer features used by the UCOP web designer. If you encounter problems accessing, viewing or updating the data on this website, first try using a different browser. If you are still having problems, check with your technical support person to see if a newer version of your browser will fix the problem you encountered.
